Patrick AFB, FL, US

Program manager for innovation efforts benefiting the 5 SLS mission of mission assurance. Managed the development of three software applications supporting multiple functional groups including training, personnel tracking, launch site processing, and radio frequency analysis. The applications developed under my tenure adhered to proposed timelines through effective management of the team members, ensuring team members strengths were utilized properly. By leveraging the resources available within my unit, I saved the squadron an estimated $2.3M for the development of each application, totaling $6.9M in estimated savings over a one year period. Additionally, the launch processing application was hailed as a time saver by the engineers utilizing it, claiming it streamlined their processing and reduced the amount of time it took to complete their tasks by 80%. The applications served over 400 government personnel and supplemented launch service provider systems to increase the clarity and accuracy of the work required to properly refurbish launch vehicles. Working as the Chief of Innovation has continued to expose me to different problem sets. Working cross-functionally, across multiple geographic areas, and with high visibility projects with vague requirements has furthered my ability to critically think and problem solve with limited experience.
