ABOUT NICHOLAS SCHROECK
Nick Schroeck is Dean and Professor of Law at Detroit Mercy Law. Dean Schroeck joined the Detroit Mercy Law Faculty in 2018 as Director of Clinical Programs and Associate Professor of Law. He was appointed Associate Dean of Experiential Education in 2019. In addition to managing Detroit Mercy Law’s clinic and externship programs, he is an environmental law expert whose work focuses on reducing air and water pollution, working towards environmental justice, promoting mass transportation, and advancing citizen suit enforcement of our environmental laws. He previously served as Executive Director of the Great Lakes Environmental Law Center and directed the Transnational Environmental Law Clinic at Wayne State University Law School. Dean Schroeck has been an active member of the University and School of Law communities and has served on the School of Law\'s administrative leadership team for several years.
