Leveraging a decade of experience in banking and global management consulting to transform the fragmented, and often times archaic, commercial property management industry. Maximizing assets and creating value for owners, tenants and vendors through digital transformation, strategic assessments and opportunity discovery and execution, including redevelopement into mixed use/multifamily.Currently developing a high end, amenity rich, 140 unit mixed use/multifamily project in a high density opportunity zone. After identifying a prime redevelopment opportunity with a small retail strip center under my management, I successfully pitched the idea to current ownership, secured a developer partner, negotiated lease terminations with all tenants (corpoarte tenants), negotiated the developer partnership terms, secured a role for Lionsgate Management on the development team (as a team memeber and owner), and am currently working daily on building design as we march towards permit submittal.
