As a Senior Software Engineer at Atomwise, I worked on building and scaling the backend and data infrastructure that powers the company\'s AI-driven drug discovery platform. I have successfully delivered multiple projects that improved the performance, reliability, and security of the system, as well as enabled new features and capabilities for the users and researchers.I have 5+ years of experience in backend and data engineering, having previously worked at Plenty, a vertical farming company, where I developed and maintained the software and data pipelines that supported the farm operations and analytics. I also have a strong academic background in Computer Science and the Liberal Arts, having graduated with honors from Grinnell College. I am proficient in Docker, Bazel, and remote execution platforms, as well as various programming languages and frameworks. I enjoy solving complex and challenging problems, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and learning new technologies and skills.
