Experienced Detective Inspector with a history of working across UK law enforcement. Strong investigative background over a number of specialisms, including senior investigating officer (SIO) and investigation manager. Expertise spanning a range of areas including complex and multi-jurisdictional criminal investigations. Organised crime groups, significant Fraud & eCommerce, Rape and Serious Sexual Offending, Child Protection matters along with Serious Violence including Homicides and High Risk life threatening incidents. Excels in the identification, management and mitigation of risk in varying forms, including personal, operational and reputational risk. Well versed in crisis management including critical incidents, major incidents, strategic investigation planning, tactical and operational investigation management.Master`s degree in Investigative Management, achieving a Distinction grade, specialising in the identification and management of Empathy/Compassion Fatigue within Investigators.
