Responsible for critical interface between subcontract construction partners, operations, business development and the General Contractor and Client on Hyper-Scale Data Center DC NICon Scopes of Work.Work to build, manage and maintain safety first and first time right quality cultures with our subcontractor teams.Build and cultivate relationships with subcontract partners, Logistics Partners, Trade Partners, Community Partners and Client Representatives to ensure a safe an on time delivery with a high level of quality.Assist in the qualification, selection management of subcontracts and trade partner sub contractors.Provide input to the business development team with cost estimating, verifying all customer specifications, and meeting project due dates. Work closely with Subcontractors from initial quotation process, to kick-off meeting, through final project milestones, while providing key information to customers and business development team.Conduct regular team meetings to review progress, troubleshoot issues, communicate changes or urgent needs, and status updates.Facilitate and be present for all customer QC inspector visits to subcontractors.Perform field meetings and inspections as required as milestone and turnover dates approach.Communicate and coordinate with accounting teams to verify progress billing is accurate and completion milestones have been met.
