Supply Chain Planner i (Scale Rotational Program)
Jun 2024 — Present · MN, US
As a planner in Boston Scientific’s Supply Chain Accelerated Leadership Development (SCALE) Rotational Program, I’ve gained hands-on experience across supply planning, demand planning, and people leadership. In my role as a supply planner, I’m responsible for developing supply plans aligned with forecasted demand, managing production capacity and material availability, and proactively mitigating supply risks. I collaborate cross-functionally with manufacturing, engineering global supply chain, and distribution teams to ensure on-time product delivery and optimal inventory levels. In my people leadership rotation, I’ve served as a frontline supervisor, leading material handling teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. I’m accountable for driving team performance, coaching direct reports, maintaining high safety and quality standards, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Across all rotations, I ensure ERP data integrity and contribute to weekly production scheduling and execution that balances service, cost, and efficiency targets.
