As my resume indicates, I have been coaching for 18 years, 10 of which as a head coach. One of those years includes a graduate assistant position at Wiley College, NAIA Division I, where my focus was player development and student affairs. I was also responsible for videotape exchange, scheduling practices, and analyzing game tapes that resulted in an 18-9 season. Due to the variety of responsibilities I have assumed, such as public relations and providing academic-related assistance, I have extensive experience organizing and managing projects, as well as working with others in a collaborative manner. Experience in managing and coaching at the middle school, high school, and NAIA division 1 level.My long-term interest in working within a collegiate basketball organization is demonstrated through my educational and work experience. This position would allow me to resourcefully use my educational and human relation skills to benefit your Boys Basketball Program. I have successfully experienced coaching at Bryan Adams High School, Kimball High School, and L.G. Pinkston High School in Dallas, Texas. Within my 9 years as Head Coach at Pinkston High School and Kimball High School I have had 15 players go to Junior colleges, 12 players at Division I colleges 2 at Division II and 6 at in NAIA schools. Currently, I have 5 seniors that signed Division 1 scholarships for the 20••••15 school year with one making the McDonalds All-American Game. Contributing to a successful basketball program and using my experience as an administrator and coach is a challenge I welcome, as I am confident that I bring the proper combination of experience, knowledge, and commitment to the position of Head Men’s Basketball Coach
