I led a team of 25 to develop a telecommunications solution for client to sell devices to Walmart. The solution connected data and products from manufacturer, distributor and Walmart during a tight 90-day project window.    Lead an international team of 20 professionals including business leaders and Global IT staff enabling their strategic initiative to manage the end-to-end implementation of Trade Promotions Management /Trade Promotion Optimization (TPM/TPO) across Europe, Asia and Latin America. Also manage all Organizational Change Management (OCM) Activities using PROSCI Methodology along with technical and functional towers, TPM/TPO Program Management, and other Key Stakeholders for the organiaation and delivery of the new system implementation, focusing on meeting internal commercial team needs, whilst partnering with the TPM/TPO Third-Party Vendor.Accountabilities and Successes so far listed below: • Partnered with TPM/TPO Program Management and Regional IT Leads for the successful delivery of a Global Template and the subsequent deployment of overall integrated end to end TPM/TPO solution within the first of three implementation waves.
