I am a Chartered Surveyor specialising in the disposal and acquisition of development land and property for residential, commercial or mixed use schemes, as well as providing advice on conditional contracts, options, promotion and joint venture agreements for landowners and developers. I also provide consultancy advice on development land use and viability and undertake development appraisals, S106 Financial Viability Assessments, RICS ‘Red Book’ valuations and options appraisals. My main areas of practice are: • Advice on the disposal and acquisition of development land • Advice on conditional contracts, options, promotion and joint venture agreements for landowners and developers • Development appraisal and viability advice on residential, commercial and mixed use development sites for landowners and developers • Advice on development schemes to optimise value and enhance marketability • Financial Viability Assessments in support of Section 106 planning obligation negotiations • RICS ‘Red Book’ valuations I act for a wide range of clients including private landowners, developers, strategic land promoters, NHS Trusts, charities and Local Authorities.
