About Nicholas Micinilio

I recently graduated from The Ohio State University with a degree in Real Estate and Finance, and I’ve developed a strong interest in both the investment and operational sides of the industry. Through internships and hands-on experience, I’ve built a well-rounded foundation across real estate and finance. At Playa Property Management, I supported leasing, renovation planning, and tenant relations, giving me firsthand exposure to managing assets. I also worked with CANI Real Estate Investment Group on residential renovations, where I tracked progress on site and gained insight into how value is built at the property level. In finance, I interned at LPL Financial, helping with portfolio updates and advisor materials. I also worked with HomeBee, a real estate startup in Barcelona, where I built financial models, contributed to pitch decks, and conducted market research. Across all of these roles, I’ve developed strong skills in financial analysis, real estate operations, and project support. I’ve learned the importance of clear communication, staying organized under pressure, and asking the right questions. I’m now looking for analyst opportunities where I can grow, contribute to a team, and keep learning.
