As part of the Program Quality team, I support a technically demanding program with high customer visibility. I’ve been actively involved in ensuring consistent product quality, smooth production flow, and strong communication between departments.Key contributions and responsibilities- Work closely with the Program QE to support daily quality operations, leveraging my familiarity with the program’s flow and test systems to ensure continuity and team success- Partner with Electrical Engineering and test operators to understand test station hardware, software behavior, and production test processes enabling accurate interpretation of test data and effective reporting to both internal teams and external customers to resolve open issues related to yield, rework, and failure analysis- Manage and close out Failure Report Corrective Action events, NCs, and create Corrective Response Plans (CRPs) in internal tracking system, and support efforts to reduce failures that impact production timelines- Created detailed inspection plans (DIPs) for new incoming parts to standardize quality checks between receiving and inspection and engineering- Help improve quality checkpoints and workflow in production by supporting process improvement initiatives, reducing defects, and assisting with RMA efforts- Act as a liaison between production, program management, engineering, customer suppliers quality field representatives (SQFRs), and procurement to ensure product quality, delivery commitments, and customer satisfaction.
