ABOUT NICHOLAS MCGINN

I recently joined Morgan Stanley as a Virtual Engagement Associate (VEA) after graduating from Southern Methodist University with a B.S. in Economics with Financial Applications and a minor in Business. In this role, I collaborate directly with Financial Advisors to modernize their practices, deepen client relationships, and drive business growth using Morgan Stanley’s cutting-edge digital tools. From curating personalized newsletter campaigns to managing advisors’ online presence and delivering key business metrics, I help advisors elevate the client experience and scale their impact. As part of this in-person program, I’m currently advancing through a comprehensive two-phase training process. It includes earning the Series 7 and Series 63 licenses, along with gaining a deep understanding of financial markets, communication strategies, and client service excellence. What sets this role apart is the opportunity to apply strategic thinking, empathy, and data analysis to real-world client solutions, all while laying the groundwork for long-term success in wealth management.
