I am the Owner of Phoenix Abbey, a residential care provider in Scotland dedicated to supporting children and young people with learning disabilities and complex needs. Our model is built around small, family-style homes (2–3 beds) that are fully trauma-informed and staffed by consistent, full-time teams.
