I have been working fractionally, as a contractor in a self-employed capacity, whilst studying full time for my MBA.I have had two engagements over the past year, working with Tritility Ltd and Perwyn/Secret Sales.At Tritility I undertook an audit, reconciliation and rebuild of its sales commissions. This required reviewing payments made to Tritility by energy providers and subsequent payments it made to its sales teams and reconciling these to contractual terms. I then worked on a digital transformation initiative to migrate the computation of commissions to the organisation\'s CRM from Excel. At Perwyn/Secret Sales, I was engaged to support with due diligence analysis for a multi-million pound investment allowing for overseas expansion. This required building financial models to predict outcomes based on sensitivity analyses (Monte Carlo forecasts), liaising with the Boards of Secret Sales, its parent company LRG and Investment Partners of Perwyn. I also undertook another digital transformation project to rebuild all management reporting in cloud based technologies, providing live trading data including income statement views by geography.
