My job is physically demanding in a fast-paced production environment and involves a range of technical skills to maintain high food hygiene standards. I am a well organised person, who is adaptable and an effective communicator. I am self-driven, enjoy teamwork and tackle challenges with a positive attitude and an open mind. I am passionate about brewing and always ready for the opportunity to further my career progression.
