Follower of Jesus; Husband to Kate; Father of 5 Beautiful Children and Founder & CEO of Lighthouse PEO Advisors. After spending over 10 years in sales roles (most of that in PEO), working with businesses and business leaders in almost every industry, I saw the utmost importance that people played in the success (or failure) of a longstanding business or organization. I saw PEO as a service/means to achieve that end. The PEO model makes it easier for business owners to do what they do best while putting a strategic, tactical and turnkey HR model in place for their business. PEO\'s (Professional Employer Organizations) help streamline HR, offer tactical and strategic HR insight, reduce risk of being fined and sued, and lower costs of healthcare and workers compensation insurances. They help businesses run more efficiently while keeping costs in check. There are nearly 500 PEO\'s in the US and trying to figure out which one is best for your business is overwhelming and time consuming. My job is to make that evaluation process easy and efficient while saving you time and money!
