I’m a retired Lieutenant from the Mount Vernon Police Department with over two decades of experience in public safety, investigations, and leadership. My career began on patrol, grew through a decade as a Detective investigating cases from petty theft to homicides, and advanced into supervisory roles as Sergeant and ultimately Lieutenant. Along the way, I also served as Executive Officer of the Patrol Division, oversaw technology and IT systems for the department, and acted as PBA President, advocating for members and representing their interests.Before my law enforcement career, I worked in financial services as a CitiBusiness Analyst at Citibank, where I advised small business clients on banking and lending solutions, managed portfolios, and held Series 7, Series 63, and Life/Health Insurance licenses. This gave me a strong foundation in analysis, financial strategy, and client relationship management.Today, I’m focused on leveraging this diverse skill set in leadership, operations, security, and technology into my next chapter. I’m also an entrepreneur, having founded MastroTek, an IT services and digital marketing company, where I provide managed IT, web development, and SEO solutions to businesses.What drives me across every role is problem-solving, building trust, and helping people and organizations operate at their best—whether that’s a police squad, a business client, or a community initiative.If you’re interested in leadership, operations, security, or technology—and especially where they intersect—I’d be glad to connect.
