   OPM for Somerville High School project. SHS is a $285 million, sf phased renovation and addition high rise building, that includes a new sports field. This project is under MSBA.OPM for Somerville Master Plan project that includes improvements and repurposing spaces of several buildings throughout the City, as well as incorporating COVID-19 safety measures in HVAC systems. Mainly inclusive of the current planning to compile two PreK-8 schools into one new build school and redevelop City owned buildings for 21st Century services. OPM for Belmonte Middle School in Saugus, MA that is a $16 million renovation and addition that was focused on new exterior playgrounds, new driveway loop, new rooftop equipment, and complete upgrade on the interior. OPM for Veterans Elementary School in Saugus, MA that is a $7 million Spring/Summer slammer, a renovation focused on Heating & Cooling equipment replacements, new curtain walls and a new children\'s playground.OPM for the Hamilton-Wenham Regional School District for the Cutler Elementary School project. PMA awarded the contract in May 2023 and are in the beginning stages of this project. This project is under MSBA. OPM for the North End Community Center. PMA awarded the contract in September 2023 and are in the beginning stages of this project.
