ABOUT NICHOLAS MASSARONI
Entrepreneurially-minded investment professional with a background in small business and real estate investing, credit analysis, and portfolio management. I currently work at Wells Fargo as a Sr. Commercial Valuations Specialist. Previously, I was the first hire at OF Capital, where I helped shape internal processes to guide the firm’s investment focus. My evolving background in operations and creative problem-solving aided our franchising goals with The UPS Store, while my experience in credit analysis supported our efforts to provide short-term capital to various real estate investors. Prior to that, I managed $250M+ in syndicated term loan investments across 50+ consumer-sector companies at Medalist Partners Corporate Finance.I pride myself on my ability to develop strong and lasting relationships, strategically evaluate various opportunities, and stay curious about topics that might be new to me.I am an alumnus of Kennesaw State University and an active member of the KSU Alumni Association Board of Directors. I also serve on the Emerging Leaders board of the Secured Finance Network (Atlanta Chapter) and enjoy announcing for local sports and band programs in my spare time.
