An accomplished frontend/full-stack Engineering Leader focused primarily on web application development. I\'ve led frontend and full stack teams in E-Commerce, Digital Design, and Fintech. Responsible for architecting solutions, mentoring engineers, and leading teams.I\'m a passionate frontend/full-stack software engineer. I love JavaScript and the constant innovation in web development. It is great learning about new libraries, frameworks, and new/better ways of solving existing problems. On the server side I enjoy designing APIs and solving algorithmic problems.I also study the way people work. I read books, blog posts, and follow those that are redefining the way people work. It is great to work on small teams, with smart people who have the freedom to own and solve problems. When great teams are put together and trust each other great things can happen.
