I am an associate with Kelley Drye’s Labor and Employment group. I focus my practice in all areas of labor and employment law, with a specific emphasis on defending clients against wage and hour disputes, including class actions, and union issues. I regularly represent employers in litigations involving claims of discrimination, harassment and retaliation, and violations of federal and state employment law. In addition to my litigation practice, I also have extensive experience advising clients on all types of employment issues, including COVID-19 related workplace challenges. I also routinely assist with traditional labor matters, including assisting with labor arbitrations and defending against charges brought before the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB). As an avid writer, I am a regular author for my firm’s labor and employment blog Labor Days, where we cover trending employment issues and legal changes.
