I prepare policy briefs, position statements, and testimony for legislative hearings, and collaborate with internal leadership to align our advocacy efforts with agency goals. Additionally, I have experience in grant writing, managing funding, and ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations, all while evaluating program effectiveness and recommending improvements based on data and best practices. My goal is to continue leveraging my skills in policy analysis, advocacy, and community engagement to drive positive change in child welfare.
