Having spent the first 20+ years in the IT Services industry most of which in Programme & Project Management, I built a reputation for tight financial control, customer management and programme recoveries. With good interpersonal skills very adept at building successful teams and developing individuals to progress their careers I also enjoy stakeholder management activities at all levels with experience up to and including board level. Now at AVPE Systems I have successfully led the recovery from Avon Valley Precision Engineering & Redcliffe Precision Ltd entering Administration in 2021 to AVPE Systems Ltd now being in strong financial health and growing every month with record orderbook and monthly sales.
