About Nicholas Jacobs
I am an sales engineering/electrical engineering student studying at the University of Florida with a focus on electromagnetics, power, and photonics. I am pursuing a sales engineering minor and project management certificate to give me a strong foundation for roles that bridge technical expertise with business strategy and client management.In my first year at UF, I participated in a variety of engineering task teams, such as joining Gator Motorsports, which has given me hands-on experience in the EE field, as well as technical communication and team leading skills.In my second year, I have gained sales experience through competitions and roleplays on UF\'s APEX Sales Team. Through these, I have improved on my soft skills that allow me to be an effective communicator and sales representative. This summer, I have took a position at Konica Minolta as a sales intern to get some real world sales experience.
