I am a senior level operations professional with nearly a decade of proven success in manufacturing, logistics, and continuous improvement. So far in my career, I have had the privilege of leading and working alongside exceptional individuals at some of the world’s most iconic brands. I pride myself on challenging those around me to think through creative, team driven problem-solving solutions to complex problems. Above all else, I lead with respect for the people.Growing up, I was raised in a blue-collar household where hard work was expected and valued. My parents instilled in my brother and I the desire for self-improvement and the determination to accomplish our goals. Throughout college, those goals grew as I joined clubs, found my passions, and developed who I want to be. Those experiences have helped shape who I am today and have led me to find the pleasure of volunteering my time and energy back to students to help them develop who they will be one day. I value teamwork and its ability bring out the best in people. I value a good conversation where you get to connect with those around you and understand what fuels them to do great work. And I value humbleness for self-improvement. We are never finished learning.
