As a hospitality and business professor, I bring a wealth of industry experience and a passion for teaching to the classroom. With over 20 years of experience in various hospitality and leadership roles, I have a deep understanding of the industry and the knowledge, skills and abilities students need to succeed in it. My goal is to prepare students with the practical knowledge and real-world experience necessary to thrive in this exciting and dynamic field. In my classes, I use a hands-on, interactive approach that engages students and helps them to develop the critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills that are essential to their success.
