ABOUT NICHOLAS GUNTHER
I am a data and results driven engineer who uses my experience in high-stress manufacturing environments to make rational and forward-thinking decisions. My experience spans general manufacturing engineering through new model launch management and tooling installation to advanced additive manufacturing technologies and materials. As a result of my experience, Lean and Six-Sigma methodologies have become part of my problem solving process. With technical training in controls engineering and other manufacturing essential disciplines, I decided to complement my technical experience and education with an advanced degree (MBA) to further my professional growth.I am currently leading a manufacturing team at a rapidly growing company that was without a mature manufacturing identity. Diligent culture-building and strong work-ethic distinguish my work to date as I look to further increase our capabilities and competencies as an operations team.
