Lead a dedicated investment management team responsible for implementing investment transactions, actively contributing to the delivery of Phoenix Group\'s investment strategy and strategic growth objectives.Our responsibility is to steer trading and manage transition events within shareholder and policyholder investment portfolios, consistent with applicable targets. To manage governance and to maintain an efficient and effective risk control framework for all trading activity.To achieve this, we collaborate with a broad range of stakeholders, including colleagues in Phoenix Asset Management\'s Capital Markets teams, our External Investment Manager partners, in addition to Phoenix Actuarial, Finance, Operations, Treasury, Risk and Legal teams.
