Led a $4.6MM, 14-month cross-functional program to implement an inter-facility material handling system, including software development and facility rebuild.• Directed international teams to complete and commercialize a NA-designed product specifically identified as a liquid dispensing system consisting of eleven or more components for the global market.• Spearheaded a project to reorganize the material handling logistics processes at the Silgan Dispensing Grandview facility in Kansas City, Missouri. Following a comprehensive feasibility study and a week-long on-site consultation, reengineered operations spanning plastic molding and assembly, work-in-progress and finished goods warehouses, film wrapping, box forming, and scrap areas.• Developed a solution that replaced the existing Dematic AGVs with Agilox Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMRs)—deploying the Agilox OCF model in production and traditional forklifts in the WIP warehouse—and integrated the client’s ERP system (PROTRACK) with the proprietary CLS software LOGiN, thereby optimizing mission allocation, enhancing process flexibility, and reducing waste.• Oversaw complex consumer product development and commercialization projects in regions including China and India.• Developed comprehensive capital budgets across multiple manufacturing sites, optimizing commercialization strategies to meet global sales market demands.
