As Assistant Director, I help carry out IMPACT 307’s mission: turning innovations into businesses, discoveries into real-world applications, and classroom projects into revenue-generating ventures. I work with University of Wyoming faculty, students, and alumni to help them take the leap into entrepreneurship.I contribute by:Building partnerships across campus and Wyoming to connect researchers, students, and entrepreneurs with the resources they need to launch and scale startups.Overseeing incubator operations at the Wyoming Technology Business Center (WTBC), ensuring founders have the space, infrastructure, and support to focus on growing their ventures.Working directly with startup clients to navigate challenges, secure resources, and prepare for investment and growth.Collaborating with university and state partners to strengthen Wyoming’s innovation ecosystem and expand entrepreneurial opportunities.
