As an Assistant Head Camp Counselor, I played a key role in ensuring the operation of the camp, supporting the Head Counselor in managing a team of counselors and overseeing the well-being and safety of all campers. My responsibilities included coordinating off ice activities, resolving conflicts, mentoring counselors in training, and ensuring that all safety protocols were followed. I fostered an inclusive and engaging environment on the ice that promoted personal growth and teamwork through the drills I created.
