About Nicholas Gaston
I was born and raised in the state of Nevada, I started in the construction industry when I was 20 years old as a heavy equipment operator. As my love and passion for heavy equipment grew I became an equipment inspector that gave me the opportunity to travel around the United States and meet new and exciting people and experience new things. As I settled down and started a family I decided traveling wasn’t a fit for a young family and I started with Kalb Industries of Nevada in 2015. I have grown and learned so much in the short time that I have been here and I strive to learn and grow in each and every way possible.

My job is to provide supervision over multiple construction job sites. Reading and understanding blue prints (plans) in the field and making sure what is being built is correct. Working with project managers to provide schedules to ensure job is on track, as well as helping relay problems in the field. Also working with project estimators to ensure the job in question is on budget. Also helping them to collect bids on upcoming projects, and help write contracts for the jobs in question. Being the face in the field to the customer or client to maintain a good working relationship and being there to help In any way possible.
