I am a experienced construction professional with a proven track record and over 20 years experience, I am currently the project lead on the construction of 250 homes and infrastructure as part of the Linden Homes brand. My experience includes New Build Housing, Commercial Construction, Healthcare Construction, Interior Fit Out CAT A/ CAT B and Form Work (Civils). My responsibilities include.Co ordinate sub contractors, materials and ensure the programme targets are acheivedMonitor and adhere to CDM regulations.Maintain the highest standards in Health and Safety, quality and timescales.Aim to achieve NHBC PIJ award. Adhere to Considerate Constructors Scheme requirements and responsibilities.Review and approve sub contractors RAMSWorking closely with our sales teams to ensure the highest customer experience is achieved.Secondary roles I have been responsible for in the past include.• Meeting with clients pre contract with the design team to produce plans, discuss finishes, what the client may have in mind• Costing the projects and producing a detailed cost plan• Sourcing bonafide Sub Contractors• Sourcing labour and appointing Site Managers• Producing the Construction Programme • Awarding works packages to contractors- Agreeing Spec/Lead times/payment terms etc…• Arranging contractors and making sure they adhere to the Construction Programme• Adjusting cost plan throughout the project and issuing report covering expected margins/GP etc…• Carry out a weekly Sub Contractors/Progress report and issue to directors and client • Arrange initial notice with Building Control and approving designs in conjunction with them, and achieving the final certificate.• Issuing F10 for projects that fell within the CDM Regulations 2015• Producing Construction Health and Safety Phase Plan• Making sure everybody is working safely and to RAMS• Reviewing all Sub Contractors RAMS• Collecting all O&M’s• Invoicing the client adhering to payment terms agree prior commencement of works• Approving payments to Sub Contractors• Agreeing Sub Contractors final account
