I currently serve on TurbineOne’s Mission Team, a client-facing group responsible for ensuring our AI/ML products meet operational requirements and deliver lasting impact for defense partners. My work focuses on supporting product deployments, translating mission needs into technical delivery, and strengthening customer trust to drive contract renewals and expansions.I partner closely with engineering and business development to capture field feedback, shape product improvements, and identify opportunities for capability growth. Through this fellowship, I am gaining direct experience in defense technology integration, customer success, and program management while contributing to TurbineOne’s efforts to scale mission-critical AI at the tactical edge.
