   Showcasing dependability and adeptness, promoted from Part Time marketing and sales role to Full Time Brewer role, utilizing prior homebrewing experience, and proficiency with the Workhorse brewhouse tasks to successfully adapt to a new role. Operate and maintain a 30-barrel brewing system in Workhorse’s state-of-the-art brewhouse, ensuring precise control over mashing, lautering, boiling, fermentation, and conditioning processes to produce consistent, top-notch beers. Support head brewer in daily operations, including milling grains, monitoring fermentation, and transferring beers, contributing to the production of top quality brews. Conduct regular sensory evaluations, lab testing, and gravity checks to maintain high standards, aligning with Workhorse’s mantra of “without quality, there cannot be growth.” Oversee canning and kegging operations for takeout and logistics for retail distribution across southeastern Pennsylvania.
