Throughout my time at IBM, I have utilized my 7+ years of Wealth Management experience at large Broker-Dealers to both develop and deliver solutions to the Banking and Wealth Management industry. My robust front office experience has greatly enhanced my ability to envision future state business processes for both the middle and back offices that enable banks to deliver a positively differentiated client experience while simultaneously improving on KPI\'s. Some of my favorite client challenges I have worked on during my time at IBM include: 1. Improving prospecting efficacy - where I was the Product Owner and Lead Business Analyst on a first of a kind cognitive analytics solution that enhanced traditional leads list 2. Developing a Middle and Back Office Transformation Roadmap - where I was responsible for evaluating the current state of a high volume / resource intensive business process, developing a future state vision and performing data analysis to determine a Roadmap for process transformation, all of which I tied together to create an enterprise wide value case that was accepted by Senior Executives 3. Rectifying a Struggling Global PMO - where I was responsible for identifying IBM\'s best practices and working with internal thought leadership on how to help a Global Bank reset its digital transformation and build a foundation that would enable the program to succeed
