About Nicholas Depsky
I am a climate scientist and policy advisor currently working at UNDP specializing in climate adaptation and water modeling, community engagement, policy analysis, environmental justice, and geospatial analysis aimed at improving resource management and regulatory design. I have worked extensively in Latin America, the U.S. and Sub-Saharan Africa. I focus on inequities in vulnerability to global sea level rise, and regional vulnerability to droughts under a changing climate. I am also interested more broadly in the potential links between climate impacts and livelihood security, human migration, and displacement.
