Partnering with Z2 Entertainment, our four-person team is developing a five-year Sustainability Action Plan aimed at advancing decarbonization efforts for the historic Boulder Theater and Fox Theatre.My work centers on analyzing energy use trends, estimating potential GHG emissions reductions, identifying funding and rebate opportunities, financial forecasting and scenario analysis for building decarbonization, and engaging stakeholders to ensure phased decarbonization strategies align with operational needs and long-term strategic goals.Through a combination of qualitative / quantitative analysis, in-person facility assessments, and community engagement, our team is developing high-impact strategies to advance Z2’s sustainability efforts. Deliverables include branded best-practice guides, a curated funding opportunity database, and a communications framework to support transparency and stakeholder alignment throughout implementation.
