London, GB
I am Aon\'s global Head of Content, building insights to drive commercial outcomes for the firmI manage a team of 15 content specialists - located from Singapore to Denver - sharing global perspectives around those issues closest to our clients. Our focus is on tightly written and timely insights, but the team also develops reports, videos, podcasts and event content – most developed in-house, some in collaboration with agencies. A significant focus of my efforts has been on organising our team, its content flow, the ideation and alignment process, the scope of international and regional deliverables, and aligning insights with commercial priorities. ABOUT NICHOLAS COMRIE
The business of content is to help commercial leaders tell compelling stories. At Aon, I’ve led global teams, relaunched platforms, and turned complex risk and human capital thinking into ideas people want to engage with. That has meant everything from relaunching aon.com, to building campaigns that reach tens of thousands of senior decision‑makers and creating a content engine that works at speed when dynamics demand agility. I’ve partnered closely with demand generation and sector leaders to make sure content earns its place in the growth conversation — driving engagement across awareness, consideration and retention. I’ve chaired c‑suite editorial boards, had insights translated across 13 languages, and helped senior leaders find a sharper, more credible voice when it matters most.As Head of Content at Aon, I lead a global team of 10 content specialists taking an interview-led approach to develop compelling insights across articles, reports, social, video and infographics.Aside from roles in marketing, I have considerable knowledge of the Balkans, specifically Serbia. I have studied, lived, worked and written analysis about the country, which culminated in the publication of a 150-page social commentary entitled How to Understand Serbs.
