ABOUT NICHOLAS CHIRAMETLI
Nicholas is the President at City Sites Property Management Inc, and is the co-host of #WeSpeakCondo, podcast, providing education to condominium boards and owners. Nicholas obtained his Bachelor’s Degree in Health Sciences from the University of Western Ontario and is a Registered Condominium Manger with the Association of Condominium Managers of Ontario (ACMO). He is also a member of ACMO\'s Programming Committee, which is tasked with planning its annual educational offerings to its members.In 2016, Nicholas received the Genesis award from the Association of Condominium Managers of Ontario for co-ordinating the evacuation and emergency repairs of several condominiums damaged by a landmark explosion in the City of Mississauga. In 2017 and 2018 he was a guest speaker at ACMO and CCI\'s joint-annual condominium conference where he discussed how property managers can effectively respond to emergencies and provide leadership in emergency situations. He returned as a moderator in 2019, where he discussed responsible financial planning for condo boards and managers.
