As a Pacific Northwest-based Solutions Architect for Halcyon, I help organizations understand and deploy one of the industry\'s most effective anti-ransomware solutions. My current role involves hands-on technical enablement, live demonstrations, and aligning Halcyon’s layered prevention, detection, and recovery capabilities with each customer’s ransomware defense strategy.My path into sales engineering was built on a strong foundation in cybersecurity support. I spent over a decade as a Senior Support Engineer and Technical Account Manager, supporting both partners and customers across a variety of security and data protection technologies—including SentinelOne, Symantec Endpoint Protection, Veritas NetBackup, and Carbon Black. This deep experience supporting global MSSPs and enterprise clients laid the groundwork for my shift into pre-sales engineering at SentinelOne, where I collaborated closely with MSSP partners adopting XDR and EDR frameworks.Now at Halcyon, I work with security teams to integrate next-gen ransomware protection that complements their existing endpoint security stack. I bring a practical, operations-driven perspective to every engagement—grounded in both frontline technical support and the strategic mindset of modern solution engineering.
