About Nicholas Carnrite
I am a Managing Director with Alvarez & Marsal’s energy practice. We support clients across the oil and gas, renewable energy, power generation and utilities, mining, and chemicals sectors with cash flow enhancement, capital efficiency, mergers and acquisitions (diligence, integration planning, integration execution), corporate and business unit transformations, and the implementation of corporate, go-to-market, and energy transition strategies. Previously, I was a Partner at Carnrite Group, a management consultancy focused primarily in the oil and gas sector. From offices in Houston, Texas, London, United Kingdom, and the UAE, Carnrite Group deployed a unique combination of consulting and industry expertise to projects globally. Carnrite Group was integrated into Alvarez & Marsal in 2022. I hold a BBA in Finance from Mays Business School at Texas A&M University and an MBA in Energy Economics from the Bauer College of Business at the University of Houston. I sit on the Board of Directors of The Cannon, a Houston-based entrepreneurial community.My wife, Kasey, and I served as Co-Chairs of the 2021 and 2022 Storybook Gala, the annual fundraiser for the Young Professionals Group of the Barbara Bush Houston Literacy Foundation.
