Omada is a virtual-first chronic care provider helping members make lasting changes to improve health and reduce care costs for organizations. I started at the company managing the billing team (who also were responsible for marketing outreach, at the time). Shortly after I was tasked to build out a new team to focus on marketing outreach / enrollment. I have since doubled the team and work with the business in developing long-term strategies to improve the performance and scale of related marketing supporting systems and processes.
