ABOUT NICHOLAS C. DUGAS
I am a corporate associate at Fenwick & West LLP. My practice focuses on advising clients in the technology and life sciences industries on a broad variety of corporate matters, including venture capital financing, capital markets, and mergers and acquisitions. I earned my J.D. from Cornell Law School in 2023, where I cultivated interests in corporate law & finance and their intersection with science & technology. Prior to law school, I engaged in clinical research at Columbia University Medical Center studying the effects of continuous positive airway pressure (CPAP) treatment on body composition, metabolism, and sleep.
