Store Manager - Sleep Expert @Sleep Number Corporation

40-45/hour work-week, Monday - Sunday (rotating schedule, holiday and weekends included) Job duties include: Sleep Expert - guiding the customer to discover their preferred Sleep Number smart bed and to provide a detailed experience that results in the customer having a better sleep. Store Manager - manager’s duties include: participating in manager meetings, the hiring of associates, weekly scheduled cycle counts (inventory), delivery rescheduling, returns-exchanges, cancellations, price tag promo updates (throughout the store/window clings) and the opening-closing of store location etc. Additional information/qualities: The maintaining of service standards by supporting coworkers, handling order issues and customer communications. Creating a monthly rotating schedule for the entire store/team. Encourage joining and participating in team-driven activities in and out of store with other coworkers.
