As a Technical Support Specialist at Epson America, I leverage my AWS certification and my extensive knowledge of large format printers to assist customers with troubleshooting and service calls in the United States and Canada. I have been honored to be one of the top sellers of One Time Flat Repair Service Plans, and I have gone through multiple onsite trainings on using numerous large format and label printers.Before joining Epson America, I worked for Amazon Web Services for more than two years, where I was the frontline person for looking at Route 53 domain issues and solving problems throughout the organization. Additionally, I contributed to multiple process improvement projects, piloted the chat function, and volunteered with the billing and accounts war rooms to enhance the customer experience in the AWS organization. I have a passion for cloud computing and problem solving, and I am always eager to learn new skills and technologies.
