I serve as the Deputy Program Manager on the Army Predictive Geospatial Analysis Tool (PGAT) and the Account Executive for the DoD line of business. The Army PGAT is a 5 Year Contract with a ceiling of $48M and a team of 15 employees. The PGAT provides the USG a Maxar end-to-end Space Solutions and Earth Intelligence capabilities that are built around the foundation of the Tasking, Collection, Processing, Exploitation and Dissemination (TCPED) process. Under the Army PGAT there are five other Projects that leverage Maxar built software to support the Army G2/C5ISR. Key responsibilities include: • Supporting the Senior Program Manger developing key PMO documents to include Risk Register, Key Stakeholder Engagement Plan, and Integrated Master Schedule. • Lead the development of software roadmaps in conjunction with the Senior Software Engineer and other team members • Ensure that the team is executing in accordance with our IMS and meeting timelines to satisfy contractual requirements by using tools such as Jira, Kanban Boards, SharePoint and other PM Software • Developed Monthly Status Reports to include financial tracking on funding spent on each CLIN to include Labor, Travel, and key HW/SW Procurement. • Monitor and track funds that have been obligated and expended to support GOV Stakeholder requirements • Work closely with key government stakeholders via meetings and technical demonstrations in the Army G2, NGA, and throughout the Army to capture key requirements to ensure our product meets end users’ needs • Responsible for managing and ensuring that the Prometheus software gets accredited through the DoD Authority to Operate (ATO) Process • Collaborate closely with the Data Science, Software Development, and Systems Integration teams on a daily basis • Developed Sharepoint page for the PGAT Team that is a central repository for all contractual and technical documentation
