Reviews, prioritizes and addresses administrative services issues and programs impacting assigned location. • Directs administrative services and provision of facilities and logistics support. Serves as the Accountable Property Officer and performs management and oversight of the DFAS Site\'s property operations. • Develops planning guidance for administrative projects, which have been approved for implementation. Coordinates on the development or modification of feasibility studies, functional designations for records management systems and similar projects. • Prepares and presents briefings to all levels of management. Establishes and monitors training programs on existing and new administrative systems. Leads talent management team responsible for recruiting.• Accountable and responsible for safety and health for assigned program area; includes ensuring personnel are trained to work safely, enforcing safety and health rules, correcting unsafe or unhealthy acts, investigating mishaps and taking actions necessary to ensure the safety and health of employees. • Works in cooperation with agencies responsible for emergency operations. Implements policy and procedures regarding Anti-Terrorism and Force Protection (AT/FP) program requirements. Manages the AT/FP program requirements at the DFAS Site. • Provides technical guidance and serves as a subject matter expert for administrative and financial and resource management service programs at the Site. Participates with higher level management in developing strategies, policies and procedures in all program areas.
