As the Owner, Co-Founder, and Director of MEGATAN, I have been involved in the creation and growth of the brand from the ground up. My role spans multiple areas of business development, operations, and leadership, allowing me to shape MEGATAN into a leading name in both the retail tanning and e-commerce spaces.From the initial concept, I was responsible for building the MEGATAN brand—ensuring our vision of a high-quality, customer-centric tanning experience was reflected in every detail. I led the strategic planning for our brick-and-mortar location, overseeing everything from selecting the ideal location to managing the construction and design process. My goal was to create a space where customers would feel comfortable and valued, while providing them with top-tier tanning services and products.Beyond the physical studio, I directed the expansion into the digital realm. This involved establishing MEGATAN as an e-commerce brand, developing an online store that offers our curated selection of premium tanning products. As the e-commerce side grew, I spearheaded our entry into TikTok Shop, tapping into new digital marketing strategies and engaging a broader audience.My responsibilities also include leading our marketing and branding efforts, working closely with teams to develop content, manage social media, and optimize our customer outreach. With a keen focus on digital marketing, I’ve helped drive both in-store foot traffic and online sales through various campaigns and partnerships.In addition, I manage key operational aspects, from overseeing staff and maintaining service quality to handling vendor relationships and inventory management. By working closely with our team, I ensure that MEGATAN consistently delivers a top-notch customer experience both in-store and online.My role as Director also involves making strategic decisions for the business, guiding its growth trajectory, and exploring new opportunities to expand MEGATAN’s reach.
